Mountain Leadership Retreat

The Leadership Retreat was developed out of an expressed need of some of our top clients back in 1992. "Doing the work" was no longer the biggest struggle for these leaders. Dealing with the moral and ethical issues in business while maintaining their own sanity and well-being was. It is our observation that it is virtually impossible to gain adequate support and perspective from inside your own organization for these issues. Only through honest interaction with peers fighting the 'same' ethical battles in their own organization can you gain support, perspective and the strength to continue. Providing a safe environment for this experience is the primary function of the Mountain Leadership Retreat.

As the Retreat was developed each session has a theme or topic that is chosen out of the issues that we see leaders struggling with most of the time. In the past those topics have included: Coping with your own giftedness, understanding culture, and most recently resolving betrayal in our lives.


Course Results

More than 75% of the participants have attended more than one retreat. Need for this kind of support is obviously ongoing. If you know that your need for support exceeds your need for new data and technique, you are a candidate for the Leadership Retreat.

There is a maximum of 10 participants per retreat.
