Men, Relationships, and Work
The Men, Relationships, and Work course has produced spectacular results for the men who have taken it and those around them. Men generally find it dramatically easier to successfully work and live with the women in their lives, whether those women are bosses, direct reports, wives, daughters, or friends.
Course Results
- Increased awareness of what emotions the participant suppresses and the problems that causes at home and at work.
- Participants will have an increased awareness of how they unwittingly create conflict with the opposite sex and what to do to eliminate meaningless "automatic pilot" conflict.
- Participants will understand how men and women have been encultured differently in regard to emotion reducing confusion and needless conflict.
- Men will identify which women in their lives are overtly or covertly powerful and will develop strategies to work more effectively with both, especially in regard to conflict.
- Participants will understand why some of their most uncomfortable relationships they have with women are the most productive and why some of the most comfortable are the least productive.
- Men will understand better how to support women's contributions in the workplace so as to retain talented women and utilize rather than limit their contribution in the organization.
- Participants will understand why reporting to a woman may have unique problems and what to do.
- Men generally feel the fog is blown away and can now see what the problems and limitations are in dealing with women and what to do about it.
