"Great Work Robin! This course work is essential for us to go past managing an unfortunate business loss, and preparing us for a new chapter in possibilities!"

"I wanted to take a moment to express my admiration of you and your group. It is not often that one finds a consultant that strives to determine the core issues and their cause. Coupled with this quest are your people who take the time, and have the skillfulness, to work with multiple people and their specific situations. I have seen great improvement due to your assistance with others and me in my firm."

"Most importantly, it allowed people to complete their emotional reaction to this change so that they could fully benefit from the services, counseling, and opportunities we were offering. I believe that, as a result, most people made the best possible career choice for themselves."

"The content and method by which the Managing Corporate Change class is given is a refreshing alternative to the career planning and job placement organizations I've used in the past (local recruiters, Right Management, and Work Force Development Center). The course provided an understanding for how changes in our lives affect us, giving us a better chance at managing the change and realizing growth and true success. The one-on-one interactions with facilitators and other course participants gave me more realistic feedback on my perceptions and action plans than any other career counseling I've received. While other processes seem to focus more in the past and how to merely survive a change, "Managing Corporate Change" focuses on the future and how to leverage a change according to comprehensive success criteria that you define."

"I'm feeling more centered, self-empowered, and confident. The seminar provided the tools for leadership to manage and lead the broader organization through a difficult change and come out stronger and more competent."

"I want to express my appreciation for what the course (Women Moving Forward) has provided me by way of support, counsel, and a solid framework for creating goals and actions plans in my work and personal life."

"I am totally psyched and I want to thank you guys for helping me think about possibilities. I've always been fascinated by the issues in healthcare, but I was discouraged when so many healthcare recruiters and HR folks told me that I "...just don't have the clinical experience..." I basically threw up my hands to considering any other jobs in healthcare because of this. But after our class, I kept answering those type of healthcare ads and the one at MTN was one of them!"

"The skills you shared with us have made us more successful with ourselves, with those we work with (both inside and outside the company), and with our families."

"This training was a great experience. I have additional skills and new insights and tools that will help me make and manage change and empower the potential of our employees."

"Robin Elston's witty and enthusiastic presentation gave us insight into how to move employees from apathy to commitment as they come to terms with the dynamic changes taking place in our company."

"I enthusiastically recommend the business consulting services of Robin Elston. I am the Vice President of Manufacturing for a U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese owned corporation specializing in medical devices and home healthcare. The corporation is currently one of the top 25 corporations globally in the medical device industry. I have worked with Robin from February 2005 to the present on a very sensitive global business project for our organization. The project scope entails moving over 60% of the manufacturing assets from a U.S. based location to an off-shore facility and reducing 40% of the workforce.

To date, our results have been truly outstanding in the face of this very emotional and complex project. We have maintained production levels above 95% and actually saw no fall in production rates after announcing our plan for workforce reduction to our associates 9 months ago. We are on schedule for equipment moves and we are maintaining transition stockpile targets of finished goods. In addition, we have experience no sabotage of product, equipment or operations, we have had no workplace violence or critical crises, we have endured an ISO audit from our notified body that resulted in no infractions or findings, our safety and quality trends have not changed, and we will have no involuntary layoffs of any associates. Furthermore, we are tracking significantly under budget for the project. These results are a testament to the hard work, perspective, and experience Robin brings to the table for any organization she may serve.

As might be expected, the level of anxiety for a planning team that has never executed a project of this daunting nature is typically high. Robin expertly guided us through the process and predicted we would achieve many of the results outlined previously. She worked with company leadership to create a voluntary separation program. She planned and facilitated meetings and training for executive and management level leadership teams. She conducted twelve two-day change-management seminars for our associates to help them deal with their emotions, cope with the transition, and develop a positive perspective on their life situation. Feedback from her seminars has been overwhelmingly positive. She also coordinated career transition assistance for all of our voluntarily separating associates.

In addition to an excellent service and work ethic, Robin also brings to the table high energy and a very positive personality that is infectious. I would contract Robin Elston again without reservation or hesitation."
